Over the course of these five months, you will experience a customized blend of guided alchemical journeys that will restore your unique bridge between Heaven & Earth!

The restoration of this bridge will ultimately enable you to powerfully fulfill your life's mission on this planet, anchoring in the unique frequencies you are meant to, supporting our planet in ascending into the higher dimensional frequency of the New Earth!
There are several elements of this bridge that will be explored & restored during our time together...
A foundational aspect of this journey is SOMATICS. "Soma" = body, so somatic healing simply means we will be bypassing the mind and going directly into the body - where our deepest TRUTH lies! I am certified in a powerful somatic healing modality called Somastery Therapeutics that I will be facilitating during our sessions. YOU will be in the driver's seat and in control of what we explore, with Spirit channeling through me to support you in diving deeper than you may be able to alone. In the body is where we will uncover not only the TRUTH that lives within our heart, which is also the portal to our eternal SOUL, but also stored trauma that is standing in the way of us living up to our fullest potential and ready to be released. Through simple yet powerful guided somatic practices, we will be able to access and release stuck energy that is standing in the way of you accessing and living in your embodied truth.
Then we will visit the inner child - this is that younger version of us that was wounded in some way - and still lives on within us today (oftentimes wreaking havoc in our relationships!). Connecting with and nurturing her is hugely supportive when healing from codependent/toxic relationship patterns.
We will also connect with the womb - learning to listen to and honor her wise messages & developing a new level of intimacy with yourself through self pleasure with your new crystal wand! (Did someone say Sex Magick?!) This practice is a deeply sacred act that will completely transform the way you view self pleasure & intimacy.
And last but certainly not least, we will be connecting with the spirit realm throughout your journey! You will start to notice more synchronicities in your life when you are in connection & co-creating with spirit, which makes life feel more magical & fun and adds a sense of peace and ease to life. A weight is lifted off of our shoulders when we realize that the divine is with us every step of the way and we are never truly going at this alone.
