It is so incredibly powerful when women gather together in circle as our ancestors did long ago. It allows emotions and truths to move through us that may have felt stagnant or out of reach, opens and expands our hearts, and reminds us that we are never truly alone.

As womxn, we will ALWAYS have each other.  

At my Women's Circles, there will be opportunities for sharing anything you desire in the safe space of the group, where unsolicited feedback is not provided. You are accepted and loved exactly as you are and will have the opportunity to taste the potency and healing power of simply being witnessed in your truth. 

You will also  be invited into some guided practices that I will facilitate, such as meditations and journaling exercises, related to the themes of the current moon and astrological cycles.

And I often serve ceremonial cacao as well, a traditional Mayan medicinal drink (that just so happens to be chocolatey and delicious!) to support us in connecting with our hearts even more. 


These circles are open to anyone who is womb-bearing or who identifies as a womxn.

Participation in the practices is never mandatory.
Your presence alone is more than welcome and medicine enough.
